The benefits
We value all our people and are committed to rewarding their efforts. So from day one, you’ll be paid a salary. Starting at £12,900 this will be reviewed annually and, based on your performance, which could significantly increase as the programme progresses.
The qualification
You’ll study for a Foundation Programme at the University of Warwick during your first year. This will prepare you for year two, when you’ll start working towards your Master’s degree. This will take place in residential blocks, and your tuition will be covered by us.
The experience
Working as part of an advanced engineering company, you’ll grow your skillset in a high-tech environment as you work to bring innovative products to life. You’ll also learn from and be supported by an expert team. All of this will mean you’re ideally placed to move into a managerial position after just four or five years. But you’ll start making an impact long before then.
