Manufacturing Management Sponsored Degree Programme

Manufacturing is an important part of our business. It’s where innovative engineering concepts and designs get translated into the processes, procedures and supply chains needed to manufacture high-quality products. Ultimately, it’s where creativity gets turned into reality.

Our Manufacturing Management Sponsored Degree Programme offers bright and ambitious individuals the chance to develop outstanding technical skills under the guidance of industry experts. It equips you for a Master’s Foundation degree after your first year doesn’t leave you with student debt – all while giving you exposure to real-life situations and the chance to test yourself alongside the best.

As part of your programme, you'll earn a Master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, paid for by us. It will involve residential modules and written and work-based assignments, and you'll study part time alongside your work. It’s not an accelerated route to MEng, BEng or CEng, although we do expect you to complete your degree in around four or five years.

You'll also take on placements in different areas of the company, which typically last six months each. These will give you vital skills in areas like forecasting, production planning, supply chain design and management, as well as the management and development of manufacturing, assembly and repair processes and resources.
