With a total support programme performing to agreed metrics and based on an agreed cost per month, Rolls-Royce can transfer much of the financial and technical risk away from the customer. With gain share is added, business goals are aligned and efficiency improved, both share the benefit.
We recognise that all customers have different, often unique support requirements and are committed to meeting them with individual support packages. We place particular emphasis on local support at the waterfront, at operational bases and at repair yards.
