Innovative capability

We have a long history at Rolls-Royce of providing critical engine and oil debris analysis for our customers, with 20 years of proven technology that the customer relies on.

The ACE system is the latest offering, bringing advanced improvements including a smaller form factor, the ability to run multiple samples at once, and data trending.  All of the results are based on results from the embedded Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersive X-ray Detector. The SEM and EDX technologies bring unparalleled results and accuracy, including an industry first technology of recognizing the height of debris.

Each system is HIGHLY adaptable and can be tailored to your specific needs, including a metal map that brings customizations including enhanced reporting and material identification.  Every system can run 32 samples at once, making this a set it and forget it machine to leave your operators focusing on critical tasks.  Once a run is complete, each sample’s material identification is stored in a database, used to create predictive insights on the health of your equipment.  What used to be a manual and time consuming process is streamlined with this offering.

Another pillar of the Rolls-Royce SEM offering is the 24x7x365 service, including the option for three levels of support.  Our team is constantly on the ready, including a manned telephone support network, remote capabilities, and on-site global support.
