LessorCare is a pioneering new service designed specifically for lessor customers. By drawing together a range of services under one comprehensive framework, LessorCare gives you access to a simple but flexible service offering, while allowing you the opportunity to adapt the level of service through the life of the engine.

We recognise that lessors need to be able to move quickly to take advantage of market opportunities. LessorCare helps you do this by providing a single overall framework for all Rolls-Royce engine types. This framework encompasses today’s lessor-dedicated services and is flexible enough to cater for new innovative lessor-specific services which we’re developing. It allows both parties to establish commercial arrangements and terms of business to ensure everything is in place for you to call on as and when required, be that planned, or (more likely) unplanned. It’s non-exclusive and will not restrict your ability to retain choice and flexibility of service provision.

LessorCare enables you to swiftly call on our maintenance (off-wing) and availability (on-wing) services, normally, but not exclusively, when the aircraft is between operators. Technical data and advice is also available, along with a wide range of asset management services to help you reap the maximum return from your engine investments.

A key part of LessorCare is the creation of a dedicated aircraft transitions team who use their market and engine knowledge to proactively and reactively assist with the smooth exit of aircraft from one operator to its placement and service entry with another. It also helps lessors maximise the terminal asset value of their engine inventory when they decide to finally withdraw them from service.

LifeKey is a central component to LessorCare which offers a single, comprehensive agreement for all engine types. LifeKey is the replacement for and enhancement of OPERA. It complements LessorCare by offering unique improvements in terms of greater visibility, accessibility, portability and liquidity.

Foundation Services 

Event-based services, for customers who require neither risk transfer nor long-term services.

Foundation Services

These are short-term, event-based services that we can provide for you, without the need for a long-term services contract.

Foundation Services can be used as an alternative to a long-term services agreement. The main ingredients of Foundation Services are Fixed-Price Overhauls and Time and Material shop visits, as described below.

You may also procure other services, such as On-Wing services, training or dedicated spare engine leasing, even if you do not need an engine overhaul. Some Foundation Services are provided free of charge to all customers, the rest are paid for when they are delivered and hence there is no need for any $/efh payment structure.

Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Support

Via our 24/7 Aircraft Availability Centres, our highly experienced engineers are available to resolve technical queries and provide proactive trouble-shooting advice and support to minimise the impact of any issues that may occur.

On-Wing Services

Specialist line maintenance (on-wing) to extend time on wing, restore engine performance or return an engine to a serviceable state. Our highly skilled team are available 24/7 to provide you with advice and support.

Repair Technical Services

You may need technical support to maintain an engine’s performance, reliability or airworthiness. We will identify the most appropriate technical solution such as a Technical Variance or a Repair Scheme.

Engine Health Monitoring (EHM)

We monitor each of your engines individually and will perform trend analysis to identify whether planned maintenance (off-wing) actions need to be brought forward or can be safely delayed.

Remote Site Support

If an aircraft requires an engine removal or change, away from your main base, we can transport a replacement engine to the stranded aircraft, perform the engine change and recover the removed engine.

 
Spare Engine Services

We can provide long or short-term, planned and emergency spare engine leasing, either via dedicated spare engines or via access to shared engine pools.
