Our Higher Apprenticeships offer on and off-the-job training, a salary and opportunities to take your career forward. You’ll be equipped to achieve degree level and/or professional qualifications, so these programmes offer a real alternative to university. One that gets you off to a great start with a company renowned and respected throughout the world.
We promise world-class training, development and mentoring to all of our apprentices, and the proof of this can be found among our senior UK managers – 30 per cent of whom started with us as apprentices.
Typically lasting three and a half years, our Higher Apprenticeship schemes let you choose from four areas: Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Management Accounting – CIMA Professional.
