Advanced / Modern Apprenticeships
Rolls-Royce has been taking on apprentices for more than 100 years, and our schemes are the envy of our industry. Our Advanced/Modern Apprenticeships bring together classroom study and on-the-job learning. You’ll get plenty of training, guidance and support, resulting in you developing invaluable skills, gaining sought-after qualifications and establishing a solid foundation for a successful engineering career.
These schemes are real alternatives to university, and have been rated outstanding by Ofsted. We promise world-class training, development and mentoring to all of our apprentices, and the proof of this can be found among our senior UK managers – 20 per cent of whom started with us as apprentices.
Typically lasting three years, our schemes enable you to complete an Advanced Apprenticeship in England or a Modern Apprenticeship in Scotland. Choose from Practical Apprenticeships, Technical Apprenticeships or Specialist Science Apprenticeships.
