Why do I need an e-commerce account and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance checks?

This is our standard compliance checks, ensuring that we work with organisations that adhere to our strict Export Control, Anti-bribery, and Corruption policies.

Before you begin your application, you will see the required information listed at the start of the registration process. This ensures you have all the information available before you begin. You will need your company information, including ownership (as well as share of ownership where applicable), company registration information, company address, primary contact information, engines you require services for and the type of operator your organisation is listed as.

We understand some customers have a fleet with existing Rolls-Royce contracts (such as TotalCare) whilst also operating a T&M (Time & Material) fleet. Our marketplace provides access to manage your T&M fleet service subscriptions. There is no current functionality to manage existing contracts such as TotalCare, SelectCare or LessorCare through our online marketplace.

Yocova is our secure, approved partner site. This is where you will be able to view and purchase all of the services you require to keep your fleet flying.

It can take up to 45 minutes to add all your information for the account registration process to then begin.

As part of the registration process, we conduct stringent compliance checks, ensuring we maintain the highest levels of compliance and security in who we do business with, this can take up to 10 working days to complete.

Our marketplace has the following services available: Spare Parts ordering, Training, Technical Solutions such as Technical Variances (TVs), Engine Health Monitoring (EHM), Technical Publications, Engine Management Programme (EMP) and Technical Support.

Services are available for RB211 and Trent engines for civil passengers and cargo operations. Currently there are no services available for regional, business or military applications.

All compliance checks are valid for 1 year. Customers must then renew their account, where new compliance checks will be completed.

We do not currently offer services for AE engines type but are actively working to make these available soon.

You can provide access for your contractor to access services on your behalf, but they must also register for an individual account before they can be added to your corporate account. In this case, the contractor is linked to your account, and accesses services that have been made available to you.

If you need to access services on behalf of Operators or Lessors, then you need to register for an individual account and be added to the Operator / Lessor account. At present, you cannot be linked to multiple Operators or Lessors so if you need to work simultaneously on behalf of multiple operators you will need multiple accounts.

Alternatively, if you access services on your own behalf, you will require your own marketplace account, subject to compliance checks being completed and approved.

Subsidiaries of the same group that are operating as one, can be part of your account you have registered and therefore you are not required to create an account for each subsidiary. You can record details of multiple legal entities associated with your account if they are needed for contractual purposes.

Alternatively, if you have a subsidiary that operates independently, they can be setup as a totally separate account with independent access to Yocova.

You can request the information required to help process your compliance checks as required.

Access to genuine Rolls-Royce spare parts is free for operators and lessors, with a $10,000 (2024) fee applicable to non-operators, providing a 12-month access to our Spare Parts ordering platform.
