The CareStore provides our customers with the services they rely on, irrespective of their fleet size and aircraft ownership. Our services are tailored for our customer’s needs, not only by working closely with airlines and cargo operators, but also by innovating services specifically developed for aircraft leasing companies.

Financial and operational assurance


We redefined the industry with the introduction of TotalCare®, our premium industry-leading service that delivers financial and operational certainty to our customers.

TotalCare transfers time on wing risk from the operator to Rolls-Royce, by being charged on a $/Engine Flying Hour rate, and therefore aligning to the operators’ priorities, and providing predictable cost of ownership.

This comprehensive service provides shop visit cost certainty, including unscheduled events, as well as full integration with logistics and fleet management services to maximise the availability of the engines and to protect the customer’s operations.

Our services are integrated across a wide range of suppliers and vendors, all managed by our teams across a global support network, whilst providing our customers with a local interface, so they can get access to the support they need simply and efficiently.

We continue to drive reliability and availability for our customers, by ensuring the latest technical upgrades are embodied to support their fleet operations.

Innovation doesn’t stand still: we introduced an online marketplace for transactional services, that provides an efficient and convenient method of accessing these essential services, wherever and whenever our customers need them. With hundreds of customers already registered, our services are easier to access than ever before.

Our services are available to all operators: no matter how large or small their fleet is, for leased or owned aircraft, or whether they’re an airline or freighter operator. Whether increasing existing fleet size, or introducing a new fleet, our customers seek the assurance of Rolls-Royce services.

As well as other services options, we also offer SelectCare®, offering a fixed price for each refurbishment or shop visit, for an agreed period of time. Customers can also select a range of optional services to suit their requirements, supporting fleet optimisation and providing cost certainty, ensuring they can focus on their operations.
