Management Accountant Training Scheme – CIMA Professional

Our finance experts play a critical role in the success of our business. So by joining our Management Accountant Training Scheme, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact early on. More than that, you’ll have an opportunity to gain invaluable experience and professional qualifications, while also earning a competitive salary.

Over the course of four years, you'll complete placements in our European Finance Services Centre and Tax teams, which will give you the financial and business experience you need to build a sound technical accounting foundation. In your first two years, you’ll also study for your Association of Accounting Technician (AAT) qualification on a day-release basis. And we'll support you every step of the way, with mentoring from fully qualified accountants.

Following this, you’ll begin studying for your Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification. This will require real dedication throughout your third and fourth year. Especially when you consider that you’ll be putting your new-found knowledge and experience to the test on two intensive 12-month placements within the business.

Once you’ve proven yourself, attained chartered status and developed the skills you need on the programme, you’ll be ready to apply to become a Finance Analyst within Rolls-Royce.
