Get qualified
The qualification you'll work towards is a Bachelor of Business Administration and Engineering (BAEE), in cooperation with the FH Giessen/Friedberg. And by the end of your three years, you'll have completed a range of different training activities, giving you the skills, experience and confidence you need to move into a full-time role. Your training will break down into four elements: skills training, on-the-job learning, studying and support.
Get experienced
All our apprentices get an intensive induction at Rolls-Royce. Through exciting, fast-paced activities you'll improve your teamwork, self-confidence and communication skills. You'll push yourself in new and different ways so you'll be an even stronger member of our team.
