We expect all our interns to have a strong academic record and predicted to achieve at least a 2:1 in their undergraduate degree, or an equivalent qualification. All this will be backed up by well-rounded life experience. And because you could be based at any one of our sites, you’ll also need to be flexible on location.
In the US, you'll need to have a Master’s degree in a Human Resources related field or an MBA with a focus on HR, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Other countries will ask for a regional equivalent.
