Rolls-Royce has announced that it is further strengthening its global network of Authorised Service Centres (ASC), while adding new services for CorporateCare® customers.
ASCs are an essential part of the Rolls-Royce business aircraft engine services. Rolls-Royce has 76 ASCs for business aviation customers with key maintenance providers worldwide delivering rapid customer response.
The latest developments of the Rolls-Royce Business Aviation ASC network include adding the BR710A2 to Constant Aviation’s Rolls-Royce portfolio. Constant Aviation’s sites in Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Orlando, Mesa and Las Vegas will now support both the BR710A2-20 and AE 3007A engines, powering the successful Bombardier Global Express, Global Express XRS, Global 5000 and Global 6000 aircraft, and the Embraer Legacy 600 and 650.
The Rolls-Royce Authorised Service Centre network is an extension of the On Wing Service specialists based in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia, as well as a by number of spare parts and lease engine storage locations, all placed strategically around the world. Recently, Rolls-Royce opened a new store for business aviation parts in Beijing to support its growing customer base in Greater China and Asia-Pacific.
Rolls-Royce has also launched discussions to expand its market-leading CorporateCare® Enhanced aftermarket service with Spectro® & Jet-Care®, one of the leading companies in business aviation for laboratory analysis of oil, debris, chips and filters.
Andy Robinson, Rolls-Royce, SVP Services – Business Aviation, said: “Services are a true differentiator in business aviation and our strategy is to be recognised as the leader in this market. We are listening carefully to our customers and constantly developing our service offerings. The newly-introduced CorporateCare® Enhanced aftermarket service, which has already logged approximately 250 signed contracts, covers an even wider range of support items for our engines, including maintenance for the nacelle, engine build-up and thrust reverser unit-related services for the Pearl®15, BR710 and BR725.
“Our strategy is paying off and we are really proud to have won first place in Aviation International News’ (AIN) annual independent product support survey. AIN is a very well respected publication so to be voted the best service provider in business aviation by our customers is a fantastic achievement,” he adds.
As the leading engine supplier in business aviation Rolls-Royce powers more than 3,200 aircraft worldwide, including some of the largest, fastest and longest range business jets.
