Training and development
Developing people and developing business go hand-in-hand here. We encourage our people to undertake training throughout their careers, and last year alone 40,000 employees directly accessed our learning system, completing 250,000 individual courses.
Our Engineering function has an established Engineering Professional Development Framework that provides a flexible range of opportunities, enabling people to specialise or to develop their capabilities across a broad range of skills.
