The optimum solution could range from a simple and cost effective equipment maintenance package, through to a fixed price system level availability contract with risk transfer and gain share.
Equipment Maintenance Packages
A full range of services, to be called upon as you need them. Round the clock global support is available through our fleet engineering teams, worldwide network of Service Centres and Regional Offices. We offer a full range of technical services including training packages, technical advice at the waterfront and through-life technical information to a range of international standards.
Sound supply chain management, forecasting techniques and integrated logistics solutions ensure that guaranteed OEM parts are supplied on time and to specification.
Single Entity Support Agreements
Multiple product types are supported through a single contract - from gas turbines to propellers - from control systems to steering gear. This way of working simplifies administration and leaves customers free to concentrate on core activities.
Fixed price performance based support
Optimised manning, tight budgets and more demanding operations, drive the need for innovative support concepts. To meet the demand Rolls-Royce has developed performance based integrated services packages that deliver availability at an affordable price. With a total support programme performing to agreed metrics and based on an agreed cost per month, Rolls-Royce can transfer much of the financial and technical risk away from the customer. With gain share is added, business goals are aligned and efficiency improved, both share the benefit.
We recognise that all customers have different, often unique support requirements and are committed to meeting them with individual support packages. We place particular emphasis on local support at the waterfront, at operational bases and at repair yards.
