As well as a good bachelor's degree, you'll need a sound understanding of Rolls-Royce, our goals and the context in which we operate. In addition, we would expect you to have proven yourself in some form of leadership role, whether at school, in a club or at university. You’ll certainly have started to hone your strategic talents, great people skills and a strong attention to detail.
In the UK, we look for a minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline, and in the US successful candidates will need an overall GPA of 3.0 or above. Candidates from other regions will need the national equivalent of these qualifications.
