Join our Graduate Development Programme and you'll complete a series of placements to build your knowledge and experience – with an emphasis on safety and global exposure. You can expect to spend time in HS&E and Sustainability at different sites and in our different business. You might find yourself writing corporate safety standards and implementing them, or you could carry out risk assessments, organise HS&E training and develop local audit and assurance programmes. One of our graduates was recently involved in a project at our Aero Repair and Overhaul site in Derby, looking at how we could improve the waste management process.
It's experiences like that which will give you the tools you need to become a principal point of contact for one of our business, process or site managers. As an internal source of expertise, it will be down to you to provide advice, assurance, consultancy and support. All while working to the highest safety standards and keeping delivering excellence, for our people, customers and communities, firmly front of mind.
