In Operations Management, strong leadership skills and the drive to work at a global level are must-have attributes, as are well-developed communication, organisation and decision-making abilities.
Your pre-university academic record will be strong, with A-levels (or equivalent qualifications) at grade B or above in Science, Economics or Maths. You should also be on course to achieve at least a 2:1 degree in an engineering, science or numerical discipline. Flexibility is important too, as you could be based at any of our UK sites for your different rotations.
In the US, your GPA should average at a solid 3.0, and international candidates will need the national equivalent of this qualification.
