For this area, you'll need a combination of excellent people skills and astute business acumen, together with a strategic head on your shoulders. In the UK, we’ll look for a strong academic background, culminating in a minimum of a 2:1 bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent qualification).
In the US, you'll need to have graduated with a master’s degree in Human Resources within the last 12 months, and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. We ask that other international candidates possess, or are predicted to receive, the national equivalent of this qualification.
