Notice of First Half Trading Update and Results

Following the announcement on 7 May 2020 that a post-close update on first half trading would be published at the start of July and First Half results towards the end of August, Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) today announces the following publication dates:

9 July 2020 – Post-close trading update for the 6 months to 30 June 2020
27 August 2020 – First Half results for the 6 months to 30 June 2020

Both announcements will be published on the London Stock Exchange and distributed by RNS. They will also be available to download on the Company website www.rolls-royce.com.
