Faced with an ageing society and technology disruption, STEM is one way to equip a new generation and pave Thailand’s journey to Industry 4.0.
Industry 4.0 requires a new generation of talent. Partnering with Thai Airways, Rolls-Royce continues to find ways to inspire the next wave of STEM talent. In mid-2019, we joined hands to reward the winners of the Thailand STEM Festival with a trip to the Rolls-Royce Seletar campus in Singapore to see how STEM is applied in real life with the assembly of Trent engines. They were able to interact with technicians, engineers and leaders and received valuable advice on how to pursue a STEM career.
