What opportunities does a career in STEM offer?

The exceptional possibilities STEM offers to solve the real-world problems creates ample of opportunities to work on. These include jobs as domain experts, solution providers, process regulators, infrastructure builders and much more.

What are the challenges/stereotypes that you overcame in your career?

Many of us are fortunate not to face social stereotypes, thanks to the generations that fought for various rights. The most meaningful word – ‘why’ – has helped women question status quo. It has prodded us to break stereotypes by identifying a problem, providing a solution, deriving satisfaction from it, and then look for fresh problems.

What advice would you give to young aspiring girls?

The only obstacle that can stand between you and your goal is ‘You’ and nothing else.
