Our Code of Conduct

Our Code is at the heart of the way we do business and how we deliver our brand promise of 'Trusted to deliver excellence'.

We are committed to having an environment where everyone can ask questions and raise concerns about business ethics without fear of retaliation.  We have established a global Rolls-Royce Ethics Line that enables any employee to make a report, anonymously if preferred. This service is also available for use by third parties, such as our suppliers, customers and members of the community to report any ethical concerns. All reported concerns are investigated fully and monitored by the relevant business sectors and the Board Ethics Committee.

Our Global Code of Conduct is available for download in 20 languages.

As a global company, we seek to be a good corporate citizen in our dealings with customers, suppliers, employees and the communities where we're based across the world. Our approach to human rights is reflected in the policies and standards we have established for ourselves and our suppliers. They cover business ethics, health and safety, the environment, employees and community investment.

We act in a socially responsible manner, within the laws, customs and traditions of the countries in which we operate. We hope that our approach will help to advance the welfare of our employees and the societies in which they're based.

We have established common standards that apply to all our employees. These form the basis of our employment practices in each country, together with our commitment to ensure we observe national legislation on employment matters.

As an organisation, we are opposed to the use of any form of child labour or practices which inhibit the development of children. We believe that employment should be freely chosen and do not use any form of forced or involuntary labour.
