Anti-bribery and corruption compliance

High standards of ethical behaviour and compliance with laws and regulations are essential to protecting the reputation and long-term success of our business.

We are committed to conducting our activities in a wholly ethical manner, free from any form of bribery or corruption.

Our Global Code of Conduct sets out ethical principles underpinning our values and the way we do business.

The Code includes clear statements regarding our zero tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. This principle is support by a programme of Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) policies and procedures which apply to all employees of Rolls-Royce, its subsidiaries and controlled joint ventures, wherever they are located.

Our employees must demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behaviour. Our ABC policies and procedures are in place to make sure our employees are aware of specific laws, regulations and rules we must comply with to Win Right. This means securing business fair and square in the countries where we operate.

We have enhanced our ABC programme in 2014, and will continue to do so in 2015 by introducing new policies, procedures, guidances and training.

We recognise that the Board and the ELT must continue to demonstrate leadership around ethical and behavioural standards. We are determined to ensure this is embedded into the culture of the business.
