Rolls-Royce fully endorses the principles
of the legislation and is very active in shaping the precedents
in order to ensure this legislation meets these principles
most efficiently. To support this, Rolls-Royce requests
that every company evaluates the following key questions:
- What substances and/or preparations do you import
into the EU? Consequently, will all your uses of these
substances be registered?
- Do you understand the substance composition of your
parts, particularly if any of them are on the Declarable
Substance List?
- Irrespective of the legal obligations, have you assessed
your business continuity and delivery risk?
