Since then a lot has happened, here are
some key milestones that have fuelled the growth:-
- 2003 TP400-D6 selected as propulsion for A400M
- 2004 First Tay 611-8C for the Gulfstream G450 built
in Dahlewitz
- 2005 Rolls-Royce transfers V2500 production to Dahlewitz
- 2006 Rolls-Royce Deutschland launches a new engine
for a future corporate application.
In general terms Rolls-Royce Deutchland has grown from
an organisation focused on production and service support
for two engine types into an organisation which is engaged
in every part of the product lifecycle from research and
technology development through new product introduction
to production and service support.
