Rolls-Royce

Interview with… Beverly Gaskin
Executive Vice President, Supply Management - North America

What prompted your move to Rolls-Royce?
After 20 years experience in the automotive industry I felt the need for change. Rolls-Royce offers an exciting challenge for me, providing the opportunity to bring my learning and experience from the automotive industry. I plan to use this by introducing different supply chain techniques to Rolls-Royce to help move us closer to our vision of becoming a class-leading organisation.

Have you settled in well?
Yes, everyone has been extremely friendly and accommodating, it's really encouraging and refreshing to see so many people being receptive to supply management. That's really important for me, as it's a very exciting time for everyone in the company.
