Beverley Gaskin started as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain - North America in September 2006. She reports directly to Jim Guyette, CEO and President Rolls-Royce North America but functionally reports to Mike Orris - Chief Procurement Officer. Based from Indianapolis, Bev previously worked at Delphi Corporation.

We thought we would catch up with her following her first few months with the Company to find out what her first impressions have been and what she thinks about the role.

Can you tell us about your previous roles?
Delphi had six divisions and I was Director, Global Supply Chain Management of Delphi Steering based in Michigan USA. I was in the role for three and a half years covering areas such as procurement, operations, quality and new product introduction.
