As part of addressing the significant challenges we face in improving costs, quality and delivery, and to move us to working more effectively as a global supply chain, we are focusing on strengthening the organisation by realigning resources within Global Gas Turbine Operations, Purchasing and Engineering. In this issue of Link we take a closer look at how these changes ensure we can effectively respond to the increasing pace of change and customer demands whilst improving our alignment with suppliers.
