Rolls-Royce is the world's second largest provider of defence aero-engine products and services with 160 customers in over 100 countries. Rolls-Royce engines power aircraft in all sectors: transport, combat, reconnaissance, training, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) is an important Rolls-Royce customer. Its C-130 Hercules transport aircraft and fleet of E-2C Hawkeyes are powered by Rolls-Royce T56 turboprop engines. The company supports ST Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd, an ST Engineering company, which includes an Authorised Maintenance Centre (AMC) for the Rolls-Royce T56 engine. It also supplies the engines and services for RSAF’s fleet of G550 aircraft.
