Model 250-B17
Model 250 FIRST network

With 16,000 Model 250 turboshafts and turboprops in service with 4,500 customers, nothing less than world class service will do. In order to provide both a global reach and highly competitive support offering, Rolls-Royce has introduced the Model 250 FIRST network of 27 authorised service centres.

This network, which also includes 11 branch locations, offers operators the maximum level of choice and competition for local service and support. By creating a joint network of company owned Rolls-Royce Service Centres (RRSCs), independent Authorised Maintenance Centres (AMCs), Authorised Military Overhaul Facilities (AMOFs) and Authorised Repair Facilities (ARFs), Rolls-Royce ensures that support costs remain competitively low.

The Model 250 FIRST network provides operators with the following services:

  • repair and maintenance services
  • complete overhaul capabilities
  • Power by the Hour® programs
  • Field support personnel
  • unit exchange of engines, components and accessories
  • warranty administration

These authorised service centres are under contract with Rolls-Royce to provide the warranty services and support necessary to keep the Model 250 fleet active and flying with minimum down time. Each Rolls-Royce Service Centre, Authorised Maintenance Centre and Authorised Military Overhaul Facility operates engine test cells for diagnostic and acceptance testing and is supported by a large technical support staff based at the Rolls-Royce facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana.
