Rolls-Royce record orders at Paris air show demonstrate strength of portfolio

Rolls-Royce confirmed today that it had secured business worth a total of
$15.1 billion at the Paris air show.

Rolls-Royce has won business worth $200 million as a result of orders
from Blue Wings and CIT Group for V2500 engines to power A320 family
aircraft. Rolls-Royce is a senior partner in IAE which supplies
the V2500 for the A320 series, including the A319 Corporate Jet.

Rolls-Royce confirms Trent XWB order with CIT

Rolls-Royce today confirmed that the Trent XWB will power the seven
Airbus A350 XWBs ordered by US leasing company, CIT, in an order
worth around $300 million at engine list prices. Deliveries are
scheduled to begin in 2014.

ALAFCO, the Kuwait-based international Aviation and Lease Finance
Company, has placed an order for Rolls-Royce Trent XWB engines to
power a new fleet of 12 Airbus A350 XWB twinjets.

India’s Kingfisher Airlines has ordered two versions of the

Etihad Airways, the fast-growing Abu Dhabi airline, has placed a
repeat order for Rolls-Royce Trent 500 engines to power four additional
Airbus A340-600 aircraft.

AirAsia X, the long-haul low cost start-up airline, has selected
the Trent 700 to power its new fleet of 15 Airbus A330-300s. The
deal, worth over $1 billion at list prices, also includes a TotalCare
long term service agreement.

Rolls-Royce shares in V2500 order from ILFC

Rolls-Royce has won a $140 million share in an order from International
Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) of the United States for V2500
engines to power up to 25 Airbus A320 airliners.

Rolls-Royce Trent 700 wins $1.2 billion order from Intrepid Group

The Trent 700 has been selected by Memphis-based Intrepid Aviation
Group for a fleet of 17 Airbus A330 freighters. The order, including
a TotalCare long term services agreement, is valued at $1.2 billion
at list prices.

Nordic support for RTM322

Rolls-Royce Turbomeca (RRTM) has today signed a Memorandum of Understanding
for a repair co-operation Agreement with Air Depot Kjeller (Norway)
and Patria (Finland) for the future support of the RTM322 which
powers the NH90 and EH101 helicopters in the Nordic region.

Aeroflot order marks debut for Rolls-Royce Trent in Russia

Aeroflot has become the latest customer for the Rolls-Royce Trent
engine series. The Russian flag carrier has selected the Trent 700
to power its new fleet of 10 leased Airbus A330-200s.

Rolls-Royce Trents for Avianca – first in Latin America

Colombia’s Avianca has chosen Rolls-Royce Trent engines for
up to 30 widebody jets from Airbus and Boeing. The potential value
of the contract to Rolls-Royce is $1.1 billion at catalogue prices.
In addition, all the engines will be supported by Rolls-Royce under
10-year TotalCare service agreements.

C-27J business worth more than $500 million to Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce has been selected as the propulsion system provider
for C-27J medium transports for the Joint Cargo Aircraft (JCA) programme
for the US Army and US Air Force. The business, including engines
and aftermarket services, will be worth more than $500 million over
the life of the JCA programme.

Eastern Airlines for V2500 engines to power 30 Airbus A320 series
aircraft. The order includes a long-term V2500Select aftermarket
agreement.

Rolls-Royce wins $1.8bn Trent XWB engine order from US Airways

Rolls-Royce announced today at the Paris Air Show that it has agreed
terms with US Airways for Trent XWB engines to power a new fleet
of 22 Airbus A350 XWB twinjets. With a TotalCare long-term services
agreement, the order is worth over $1.8 billion at list prices.
The aircraft are due for delivery from 2014.

Rolls-Royce secures
$5.6bn record order with Qatar Airways selection of the Trent XWB

Rolls-Royce today announced the largest-ever firm engine order for
its civil aerospace business in an order with Qatar Airways worth
$5.6 billion at list prices, which includes a TotalCare long term
services agreement. The order, announced at the Paris Air Show,
is for Trent XWB engines to power Qatar’s new fleet of 80
Airbus A350 XWB twinjets, with deliveries beginning in 2013.

(ILFC) has selected the Trent 700 to power up to five additional
Airbus A330s it is adding to its fleet. The deal is worth around

Flyglobespan selects Rolls-Royce
Trent 1000 for long-haul expansion

UK low-cost airline, Flyglobespan, has selected the Trent 1000 to
power the two Boeing 787 Dreamliners it is leasing from International
Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC). This is a first-time Trent order
from the airline.
