Scott D. Shannon is Executive Vice President, Customer Business – Corporate & Regional Aircraft. In this role, he has worldwide responsibility for relationships with airframe customers and operators in this market segment, and for integrating sales, commercial and customer service resources to achieve business goals for existing and potential new engine programs. He is based at the Rolls-Royce North American headquarters in Reston, Virginia.
A Rolls-Royce employee since 1992, Shannon has much experience working in the Corporate & Regional market, including leading the unit’s commercial contracts and finance functions. His prior positions with the company have included Vice President, Business, International Aero Engines (IAE) where he was the senior-most Rolls-Royce representative to the joint venture with Pratt & Whitney, and General Manager, Sales Finance, where he managed the sales finance function worldwide for Rolls-Royce Capital.
Shannon holds a BA from Colby College and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
