Beverly J. Gaskin

Executive Vice President, Supply Management, Rolls-Royce North America

Beverly Gaskin is Executive Vice President, Supply Management, Rolls-Royce North America Inc. In this position, Gaskin is responsible for leading the company’s Supply Management strategy and organization in North America. She joined the company in September 2006 and is based at the company’s North America Headquarters in Reston, VA.

Gaskin is an accomplished supply management professional with an outstanding record of success in global strategic sourcing, supplier quality, supplier development and cost savings. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce she served as Director, Global Supply Management, Delphi Steering and previously Director, Global Supply Management, Delphi Product Solutions & Systems. Gaskin spent 25 years with Delphi Corporation and General Motors Corporation in various Michigan locations.

Gaskin is a member of the Executive Advisory Board of Supply Management Professionals led by Michigan State University and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Advanced Procurement & Supply (CAPS) Research.

She holds a MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Industrial Administration from the General Motors Institute. She is also a Certified Supply Management Professional (CPSM) through the Institute of Supply Management.
