Beverly J. Gaskin

Beverly Gaskin is Vice President, Supply Chain Management, Rolls-Royce Energy & Americas.  In this position, Gaskin is responsible for leading the company’s Supply Chain Management strategy and organization for Rolls-Royce Energy Sector.  In addition, she has functional governance for Purchasing in North and South America.  She joined the company in September 2006 and is based at the company’s North America Headquarters in Reston, VA.

Gaskin is an accomplished supply management professional with an outstanding record of success in global strategic sourcing, supplier quality, supplier development and cost savings.  Prior to joining Rolls-Royce she served as Director, Global Supply Management, Delphi Steering and previously Director, Global Supply Management, Delphi Product Solutions & Systems.  Gaskin spent 25 years with Delphi Corporation and General Motors Corporation in various Michigan locations.

Gaskin serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Advanced Procurement & Supply (CAPS) Research and is Chair of the ISM-MSU Award for Excellence in Supply Chain Management Committee.

She holds a MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Industrial Administration from the General Motors Institute.  She is also a Certified Supply Management Professional (CPSM) through the Institute of Supply Management.
