Andrew "Andy" J. Marsh was appointed President - Naval for global Naval marine market in January 2009. Andy is responsible for all aspects of the Naval side of the Rolls-Royce Marine organization, reporting to John Paterson, President - Marine and is a member of the Marine Executive.

In addition, he is President of Rolls-Royce Naval Marine Inc, and is responsible for directing the company's Naval business in North America, as well as operations of all Rolls-Royce Naval Marine Inc. companies. He is based in Walpole, MA, and reports to James M. Guyette, President and CEO, Rolls-Royce North America.

Andy has more than 20 years leadership experience in general and marine industries. Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Andy served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Walker Magnetics Group Inc., and gained experience in private equity where he was involved in all aspects of general management and acquisition work, including deal identification, structuring and due diligence processes.

Andy has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, a M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Andy has been an elected member of the Partners Advisory Council to the Board of Directors for the American Shipbuilding Association.

A resident of Needham, Massachusetts, Andy is married and has three daughters.
