
Tom Loehr is Deputy Executive Vice President,
Crosspointe, the new Rolls-Royce aero engine facility
currently under development in Prince George County,
Virginia. In this role, Loehr is accountable for
all program financials as well as leading the
interface with the company’s Purchasing
organization and liaising with the Commonwealth
of Virginia.
Prior to this position, Loehr was Vice President,
Purchasing, for Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis,
Indiana. He joined Rolls-Royce in 2000 as Vice
President of Finance and IT, Rolls-Royce Corporation.
Previously, Loehr served as Region Controller
for the Rogers Group in Bloomington, Indiana,
leading the financial support of the operations
in Indiana and Ohio. He also led the company’s
Block Manufacturing Unit through a performance
turnaround period.
Earlier Loehr spent 16 years with Allied Signal
in Greer, South Carolina in a series of progressively
senior finance and operations positions including
Director of Finance and Business Systems and
Manager of the Turbine & Compressor Disc
business unit.
Loehr began his career with Emerson Electric
in Bennetsville, South Carolina serving in various
supply chain related positions.
Loehr received a BS in Management from the
University of South Carolina in 1980 and an
MBA from Clemson University in 1989.
