RoPax vessels

The NVC-Design™ for RoPax vessels ranges from customised vessels for transporting trailers and drivers to large luxurious passenger ferries cruising at high speed with a large number of passengers and spacious public areas.


RoRo passenger ferry NVC 218-RP. This NVC-Design is developed for road trailers, cars and passengers, with stern and bow ramps for rapid loading and unloading end efficient passenger flow. Flexible deck layout with a hoistable car deck.

Common for all Rolls-Royce designs is the focus on passenger safety and comfort, with easy access from terminal to vessel and from car decks to public spaces.

Rolls-Royce is a pioneer in the Mediterranean, building large ferries with speed requirements in excess of 30 knots, economic fuel consumption and low noise and vibration levels.
