Service exchange programmes

To keep your equipment operating efficiently and to minimise downtime we maintain a wide range of service exchange components and assemblies for Bergen diesel and gas engines. They can be ordered by customers through any of our regional service centres, for prompt delivery anywhere in the world.

Orders are best placed a couple of weeks before you need them, quality approved exchange components will then be available to speed up planned repairs or overhauls. Alternatively Rolls-Royce can undertake a complete programme of work to tight timescales.

Removed parts just need to be treated with a preservative and returned within 3 months. Cylinder heads can be returned to our centres in Rotterdam, Singapore or New Orleans, all other components must be sent to the Bergen factory.
