Designed and equipped to enhance your learning experience

Our investment in marine training continues. The result is two new purpose built product training centres in Aalesund, Norway and Singapore. Aalesund is our global training headquarters. Both centres are equipped with similar equipment and run the same courses. This gives customers operating globally flexibility in where to send their crews for training.

Training Centre facts

Our recently opened Technology and Training Centre in Aalesund is state-of-the art. With over 3,000m² of floor space it is spacious and well equipped to provide the best learning experience. The workshop houses a wide range of Rolls-Royce mechanical and electrical equipment, specifically assembled for training purposes. A range of simulators is located on the second floor. As well as a full scale offshore vessel bridge, with 360 degree field of vision, there is a new dynamic positioning simulator. This enables delegates to get hands on as well as operating experience covering more than one product during a visit, if required.
