The Kamewa® Sll-series of waterjets is developed
for the largest and most demanding applications. They
are excellent for both monohulls and multihulls and
have a power range of 2000kW to 24000kW.

The Sll range is manufactured entirely in stainless
steel and equipped with a mixed flow pump for maximum
efficiency. Five blade angles, eight nozzle sizes and
at least 10 variations of inlet duct design are utilised
to optimise the unit for each application. The built-in
bearing absorbs the impeller thrust, thus facilitating
the compact inlet duct structural dimensioning. Each
waterjet can be supplied as a booster without steering
and reversing gear.
The next evolution of Kamewa waterjets, typenamed S3,
has been developed. The S3-series incorporates advances
in technology and is also produced in stainless steel.
It is being progressively introduced and is already
installed on Macchi 3.
