Syncrolift Inc. is the world leader in shiplift systems with up to 221 installations in 66 countries. With two new facilities, in Singapore and Scotland, near the Faslane naval base where a Syncrolift shiplift operates, Syncrolift Inc. is now better positioned to provide optimal TLS global customer support.
Australian company Asset Management Services Pty. has signed a three year TLS five star agreement for maintenance of a Syncrolift. The five star program involves provision of a dedicated Syncrolift Inc team on-site to plan and undertake all maintenance, and to secure and install replacement spare parts.
In addition, three four star TLS contracts, which include wire ropes replacement, in Alexandria and Safaga in Egypt and Port D'Agadir in Morocco, have been extended for three more years.
Annual maintenance continues at Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands and work is ongoing at numerous installations including: Seward's Ship Drydock in Alaska; Diego Garcia in the Indian Ocean; and STM in Singapore.
"We are continuing to develop our local services with these developments in Singapore and the UK, strengthening further our position as the shiplift and ship transfer world leader", Syncrolift Inc President Geoff Stokoe said.
