Persistent strike
LibertyWorks™ has teamed with Department of Defense laboratories
to develop a highly leveraged large Versatile, Affordable, Advanced
Turbine Engine Program (VAATE) technology demonstration program
that is developing pervasive technology for Persistent Strike, Long
Range Strike and Prompt Global Strike future applications.
Long range strike
LibertyWorks is the propulsion leader in the DoD expendable VAATE,
Revolutionary Approach to Time Critical Long Range Strike (RATTLRS)
and High-Speed Turbine Engine Demonstrator (HiSTED) programs. LibertyWorks
is building upon technology developed in IHPTET.
Prompt global strike
The LibertyWorks high speed turbine propulsion capabilities are
being combined with dual mode scramjet technology to provide DoD
and DarPA with Turbine Based Combined Cycle (TBCC) products that
will provide the propulsion for prompt global strike solutions.
Operationally responsive space access
LibertyWorks is leading the Northrop Grumman lead AFRL Upper Stage
Engine Technologies (USET) turbopump team.
Multi-mission mobility
LibertyWorks is working with NASA and DoD contractors to supply
the technology necessary for Extreme Short Takeoff and Landing vehicle
solutions.
Persistent Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance
LibertyWorks is active is supporting technology development for
persistent Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems
by applying Constant Volume Combustion (CVC), Inter Turbine Burning
(ITB) and fuels technology.
