Applicants for jobs within Rolls-Royce plc may have
telephone contact with our UK-based HR Shared Service
Centre.
All incoming calls to the Rolls-Royce HR Shared Service
Customer Support team are recorded to allow us to carry
out call coaching with our Customer Support Advisors.
- Call recordings are used to improve the quality
of service provided by the HR Shared Service Customer
Support team
- All call recordings are accessed directly from
the main telephony server, which is kept in a secure
environment
- Access to this information is only available to
approved staff, using a specific secure PC
- All call voice recordings are stored on a secure
server within a locked room and all recordings are
destroyed on a rolling 60 day schedule
Your rights
