The Rolls-Royce Model 250 family of light turboshaft and turboprop
engines has recently logged its 170 millionth flight hour, and continues
to secure new applications. Recent civil applications include the
Kamov Ka-226 light twin helicopter, the PZL-Swidnik SW-4 light single
helicopter and the Extra EA-500 turboprop.
