Respect for individuals

We treat each other openly, honestly, courteously and do not tolerate harassment under any circumstances. Harassment takes many forms, including physical, verbal and non-verbal conduct that is unwanted by individuals, violates their dignity or creates an intimidating, humiliating or offensive environment.

We respect the personal privacy of our employees and we only collect and process personal data that is necessary to meet our operational needs or to comply with legal requirements.

We believe that the decision on whether or not to join a Trade Union is a matter for the individual. We observe the processes available in each country regarding collective representation.

We seek to engage and involve employees in the development of the business and to foster effective communication with employees and their representatives on business and work issues. We have introduced a Global Council covering all employees in the company. The Council provides information and enables consultation on company-wide matters affecting the entire business and its employees.

We operate procedures that strive to resolve disputes fairly.
