Designed for reliable operation, ease of maintenance and quick installation, the RB211-H63 provides higher power and efficiency to customers in both the power generation and oil and gas industries. Power improvement is projected to be at least 30 per cent with up to a 2 per cent increase in efficiency over the RB211-GT61.

In the power generation industry, the RB211-H63’s 11MW increase can generate an additional $7 million of annual revenue, of which $2 million is profit (assuming baseload operation, a fuel cost of $7/mmBTU, and a grid energy price of $80/MWhr).

In the oil and gas industry, it can provide an incremental sales revenue of $1.3 million per day (assuming baseload operation and $60/bbl).
