To enhance our logistics services, we established our Global Distribution Network in 2011, with the main centre in Helmond, Netherlands and regional hubs in Singapore and Houston, to manage all aspects of service parts delivery.
The network operates 24/7 and stocks service parts previously located at our product centres, placing them much closer to our customers’ operations. The key objective is to speed up the delivery of parts and reduce transport costs.
The network simplifies parts ordering for our regional service centres, where the focus remains on providing customers with the complete range of Rolls-Royce support services.
