Employment policy

Rolls-Royce has developed a range of employment policies that apply to all our employees wherever they are located throughout the world.

These policies are regularly reviewed and new policies are introduced following consultation with employees and their representatives.

Examples of global employment policies include diversity and equality, the confidential reporting line, alcohol and drug abuse, the code of business conduct, fraud and health, safety and the environment.

Rolls-Royce takes account of the different cultures and legislation in the countries where we are located through regional policies which are based on the principles of our global approach.

The company is currently developing its global approach to work-life balance.

The company has a Global Council which covers all employees in the company. This council provides information and enables consultation on company-wide matters affecting the business and its employees.
