Pre-requisites
Some courses may require pre-requisites. Please see the site specific brochures to confirm whether you qualify to attend a course.

Registration policy
Enrolment acceptance is based on student place availability against a maximum number limitation per course. Additional courses may be arranged and added to the schedule in order to meet high demand.

Tuition fees apply to enrolment into all training courses unless contractual agreements apply. Total tuition for each class is stated in the online brochure. Customer on-site or special classes are quoted on an individual basis and tuition fees are subject to change without prior notice.

A Rolls-Royce Customer Training Centre (CTC) enrolment application form must be completed and sent to the CTC registrar via fax or mail. The registrar will verify availability and co-ordinate enrolment with the customer via telephone, e-mail or fax.

On enrolment into all courses, an open purchase order or credit card is required from all customers within 10 working days from receipt of the enrolment form. When enrolment occurs within 10 working days before the class start date, the credit card guarantee or open purchase order is required within 48 hours of enrolment into the class. Foreign students or non-sponsored U.S. students must prepay the full tuition before the first day of class. Foreign students must pay tuition in U.S. dollars. In the event of no-shows, full tuition fees will be assessed against the credit card or purchase order.

Payment is due prior to the student's entry into class and all students enrolling on courses in Indianapolis must identify their citizenship at the time of enrolment.

For information on enrolment or space availability call the Registrar on (317) 230-2586

Cancellation policy
All cancellations of enrolment must be made in writing. Rolls-Royce reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the application for enrolment of any student for any training course.

In Indianapolis, cancellation of enrolment received more than ten (10) working days before the class date will avoid tuition assessment. Cancellations received between five (5) and ten (10) working days before the class date will be assessed 50% of the full tuition charges. Cancellations received less than five (5) working days before the class date will be assessed the full tuition charges for that class.

Classes may be subject to cancellation or change at the discretion of the Rolls-Royce Customer Training Centre. For up-to-date information contact the course administrator / registrar.
