Registration policy
Enrolment acceptance is based on student place availability against a maximum number limitation per course. Additional courses may be arranged and added to the schedule in order to meet high demand.

The confirmation letter provides pertinent information such as:

• class location, address and phone numbers
• hotel reservation information
• hotel phone numbers for airport pick-up
• map of local area
• miscellaneous information

Student living expenses
Students should arrive in Derby with sufficient funds to accommodate their stay. Lunch is available from the main catering facility where there is a selection of menusto choose from. Special diets can be catered for if requested in advance. Check with the administrative staff for information on cashing cheques and the use of credit cards.
